All policies can be written on a monoline basis without an auto policy, but you can save money on your homeowner’s policy when you insure your auto with Founders. We also offer Equipment Breakdown coverage. available with any homeowner policy, to protect your valuable belongings in the event of an issue.

COVERAGES

HO3 Special or Standard policy – homes up to 100 years old with Coverage A limits from $75,000 to $500,000
HO8 policy – no age restriction and offers Coverage A limits from $30,000 to $300,000
HO6 policy – available if you own a condo or townhome.
